IIM Rohtak invites applications for faculty posts  (Professors, Associate Professors and Assistant Professors) in the following areas: 

• Financial Management, Strategic Management, IT Systems, General Management (Bus. Ethics, Legal Aspects), HRM, Business Environment, Marketing, Operations

Pay Scale :  

1. Professor  : PB-4 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 10500
2. Associate Professor  : PB-4 37400-67000 AGP Rs. 9500
3. Assistant Professor  : PB-3 15600-39100 AGP Rs. 8000 

Qualification : PH.D with 10/6/3 years of relevant post qualification  teaching/ research/ managerial experience; publications.
Guest Faculty : There is also an opportunity for those who want to share their experiences as Guest Faculty. Guest Faculty remuneration will be based on the number of hours of engagement and the honorarium rates of the Institute. At present the rate is Rs.4000 per hour for PGP and Rs.3000 per hour for executive programmes.
